The WTGL (Women’s Tomorrow’s Golf League) has added six more players to bring its overall roster number to 14 ahead of the league’s debut late in 2026.
Celine Boutier, Andrea Lee, Danielle Kang, Minjee Lee, Megan Khang and Albane Valenzuela will be joining the already announced players of Jeeno Thitikul, Charley Hull, Lydia Ko, Lottie Woad, Brooke Henderson, Rose Zhang, Lexi Thompson and Michelle Wie West.
Celine Boutier is a six-time winner on the LPGA Tour, including one major championship. In 2023 she won three times, including the Evian Championship in her home country France and came in second for LPGA Tour Player of the Year. She is a four-time Solheim Cup participant who has built up a 7-6-1 record.
Andrea Lee is one of the more consistent and underrated players on the Tour. Lee has just one win since joining the LPGA Tour full time in 2020, but has 23 top-10 finishes. She has played on the last two Solheim Cup teams for the United States with a 3-2-2 record in the event.
For a stretch in the late 2010’s to early 2020’s, Danielle Kang was arguably one of the five biggest American stars on the LPGA Tour. She won six LPGA Tour events including the 2017 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship and represented the United States at the Tokyo Olympics. She is a four-time Solheim Cup participant, though she has struggled heavily in recent years, with her last top-10 finish coming in June of 2023.
Minjee Lee is without a doubt the biggest addition of this new crop of players. The second most accomplished player of the 2020’s, Lee has 11 LPGA Tour victories and three major championships. In 2025, Lee led the Australian team to its first ever win at the International Crown. Lee’s brother, PGA Tour player Min Woo Lee, has been one of the more dedicated players to the men’s side of TGL.
Megan Khang seems like a perfect fit for the format of this league. An exceptional team player and one of the biggest personalities on the LPGA Tour, Khang should thrive here. Khang has just one LPGA Tour win but has 47 career top-10 finishes. She has been excellent in the Solheim Cup with a 7-3-3 record across four appearances.
Finally we have Albane Valenzuela, probably the most surprising addition yet. Valenzuela has 10 top-10 finishes on the LPGA Tour since joining in 2020 but is still looking for her first victory. She did make the 2024 Solheim Cup team for Europe but went just 0-1-1.
With the addition of Minjee Lee, WTGL has now secured five of the top 10 players in the world, but has still not signed world No. 1 Nelly Korda, who has openly been skeptical of the proposed format.
