Charley Hull, looking for her first win on the LPGA Tour since 2022, leads by one stroke in the Kroger Queen City Championship through three rounds.
Hull got into contention Friday with a brilliant -7 65, and followed it up with a solid 67 on Saturday to get her score for the week to -16. Hull is doing a bit of everything, but the sometimes inconsistent putter has really shown up. Hull has just 79 putts through three rounds, including only 27 in the third round.
Hull has made 16 birdies plus an eagle for the week already, thanks to her usually brilliant long game leaving her some shorter approach shots.
One back of Hull is the No. 1 player in the world, Jeeno Thitikul, who followed up her -8 Friday with a 68 on Saturday. Thitikul has made just one bogey in her last 51 holes, on the 17th Saturday. She has been nearly flawless otherwise, hitting 36/42 fairways and 42/54 greens for the week.
Among the chasers are Chisato Iwai and Yealimi Noh at -14, Nelly Korda at -13 and Lottie Woad at -12. Whoever comes out on top will have to defeat some of the biggest stars in the sport on the way.
