Living in the Desert, it’s always important to use sun protection. It is essential for preventing damage, premature aging and reducing the risk of skin cancer. I always apply a broad spectrum sunscreen (UVA & UVB protection) with an SPF of 30 or higher. It’s so important to wear a hat or a visor. Many brands offer UPF50+ protection and light comfortable fabrics. I am a collector and I like to match my hats to my outfits. I like the Melin brand. They are premium, high-performance hats designed for comfort, durability and style. I especially like that they are moisture-wicking, water resistant and breathable. There are a ton of styles and colors to choose from. Melin hats are a bit pricier than standard golf caps but they are built to last and maintain their shape over time. There are new choices for sun protection in clothing, which is great if you don’t want to have to reapply sunscreen on the course. You can’t go wrong with IBKUL tops.
