The Dow Championship begins Thursday in Midland, Michigan, the only partner event on the LPGA Tour. Here are three of the odds to target, and two of the odds to be skeptical of:
Odds to Target:
Aki Iwai/Chizzy Iwai (+1,400) – To me, the Iwai twins feel like they should be the favorites. Though neither is in great form and have shown some inconsistency throughout the 2026 season, they have so much talent and their on-course chemistry should be strong. Knowledge of each other’s games, caddies and comfortability should be big factors that can help the Iwais out.
Megan Khang/Lexi Thompson (+2,000) – Lexi Thompson is a loyal player to this event and has played with Brittany Altomare, Nasa Hataoka and Brooke Henderson in the past. Over the last couple years though, she has found a solid partnership with her Solheim Cup teammate Megan Khang. They made it to a playoff last year and have clearly strong chemistry. This week could impact Thompson’s Solheim chances, so it is a big week for the two American veterans.
Andrea Lee/Yealimi Noh (+3,500) – Another pairing we could see in the Solheim Cup for the United States is the deo of Lee and Noh, who should both be wearing the red, white and blue this September. Noh and Lee aren’t in great form, but they both play well in partner events as evidenced by Lee’s solid Solheim Cup record and Noh’s results in the International Crown.
Odds to be Skeptical of:
Nasa Hataoka/Jin Young Ko (+1,000) – Hataoka had a good week in Los Angeles, and there is reason to be optimistic about a team up of players that each have over five wins on the LPGA Tour, the only duo that can say that. With that being said, as the fourth best odds to win, there is better value elsewhere.
Alison Lee/Lilia Vu (+3,500) – While Lee had a nearly dream week in Los Angeles, this teaming of former UCLA Bruins feels like it has a long road ahead of it to win. They are both fighting for a Solheim Cup spot as well, and if these two bring the best out of each other, it is possible to see this pairing again in Denmark.
