This is one of the busiest weeks in women’s golf. Both the Augusta National Women’s Amateur and the T-Mobile Match Play at Shadow Creek are played this week. With double the tournaments, comes double the TV times to keep track of. Read more to see the TV plans for both events this week (All times Eastern):
T-Mobile Match Play
The T-Mobile Match Play kicks off on Wednesday this week, so be sure to mark your calendars. All week will be primetime golf once again on the East Coast.
Wednesday is pretty simple, the event will be on from 6:00 – 9:00 on Golf Channel. Thursday and Friday, the tournament starts on streaming at 6:00 via NBC Sports, then switches over to Golf Channel at 7:00 for the remainder of play, about two hours.
Saturday is back to the Wednesday schedule, with the entirety of the broadcast shown on Golf Channel from 6:00 – 9:00. For Sunday’s final round, NBC Sports will start streaming at 6:00 for 30 minutes. Then the broadcast will flip over to Golf Channel for the remainder of play. Make sure to get to your TV on time on Sunday, as with match play, the final round potentially could be pretty short.
Augusta National Women’s Amateur
The Augusta National Women’s Amateur also begins Wednesday, with the qualifying rounds to get to the final day at Augusta. Golf Channel will begin airing this at 1:30 and it will run until 3:30. Same schedule for Thursday’s second round of qualifying.
Friday the tournament takes a break for a day, for the players to have a practice round at Augusta National.
Saturday, coverage begins on NBC at 12:00, and will run for the remainder of the round, estimated to be 3:00.
