After the second major championship in a row, the newest edition of the Rolex Rankings are out with significant changes to the top 20:
- Despite missing her first cut in the last two years, Nelly Korda kept her spot at No. 1 in the Rolex Rankings, and by a significant margin over world No. 2 Jeeno Thitikul.
- Haeran Ryu moved up four spots to a career-high No. 3. She has now won two majors in a row and is the biggest threat, when you consider momentum, to probably come for Korda’s No. 1 placement this year.
- Miyu Yamashita moves up two spots with another solid result to No. 6.
- Ryu and Yamashita moving up means that Hyo Joo Kim and Lottie Woad each moved down one spot, while Charley Hull and Ruoning Yin moved two spots.
- Brooke Henderson moved up seven more spots with another top three finish in a major. Henderson has moved dramatically up the rankings as of late, she was ranked outside of the top 50 this time last year.
- Mao Saigo had a nice weekend that moved her back into the top 20 at No. 16, she was previously No. 21. Aki Iwai, who had a disappointing finish but still a career week in a major moved five spots to No. 19.
- Jin Hee Im was the biggest mover in the top 50 numbers wise, going up 10 spots to No. 25. Casandra Alexander also continued her rise despite not playing on the LPGA Tour consistently, she moved five slots to No. 28.
